How to use?
Working with this indicator is very simple. As shown in the picture, this indicator has only one curve, which is explained in the following method.
This indicator consists of a linear curve that varies between -100 and 100. This indicator has two different uses. One is to determine the saturation points and the second is to determine the possible Cross-sectional resistance and support points .
saturation points
- The range is between 80 and 100 areas of SELL power and increase supply. This means that when the indicator is in this area, there is a possibility of price correction at any time. Naturally, if you have reached the short position from your trading system and this indicator is in the range of 80 to 100, it will be one of the suitable areas to enter the short position.
- The range between -80 and -100 is the area of purchasing power and increasing demand. Naturally, if you have reached the long position from your trading system and this indicator is in the range of -80 to -100, it will be one of the suitable areas to enter the long position.
- In the areas between 30 to 70 and -30 to -70 of this indicator, generally the price will go up or down easily.
- In the range between -30 to 30 of these indicators, price trends are generally neutral, and naturally it is better not to open a new position in these ranges.
saturation points
- The values of 30 and -30 in this indicator are points with strong potential for resistance and cross-sectional and short-term support. In this way, in general, if the indicator curve fluctuates in these two values, the price chart will most likely undergo a correction.
Very important points about this indicator
- This indicator is designed only to control and confirm the entry of the position. Never use it alone to receive a signal. Whenever you receive an entry signal from your trading strategy, conform to this indicator to minimize the possibility of incorrect entry.
